儿科定向实习护生职业获益感质性研究

目的 了解儿科定向实习护生对职业获益的体验,为有效地职业认知评价提供指导。 方法 运用质性研究方法,对14名定向实习生进行职业获益感的深度访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行整理与分析。 结果 定向实习护生对职业获益感的体验主要体现在积极的职业挑战性、良好的组织氛围、增强职业认同感、提升专业价值观、锻炼护患沟通能力、显著的择业优势六个方面。 结论 护生认为定向实习有利于专业学习和人际互动、就业率高、工作稳定。护理教育者应高度重视护生职业获益感对就业选择的积极引导作用,创建良好的实习氛围。

Qualitative research on the perceived occupational benefit of directional nursing students in the department of pediatrics

Objective To explore the perceived occupational benefits of directional nursing students in the department of pediatrics,so as to provide the guidance for an effective career assessment.Methods The method of qualitative research was used to study the perceived professional benefit of 14 directional nursing students,and the interview data was colleted and analyzed using Colaizzi analysis.Results The nursing students could perceive the occupational benefit from such six aspects as the positive experience of career challenges,good organizational atmosphere,enhanced professional identity,improved professional values,nurse-patient communication,and advantages in job hunting.Conclusion The directional nursing students can benefit in professional learning,interpersonal interaction,job hunting and job stability during their clinical practice.Nursing educators should be highly responsible for the positive guidance of job selection and create a good internship atmosphere.
