| 摘 要： | 目的：观察草酸铂（奥沙利铂）在肝动脉中灌注治疗复治转移性肝癌的安全性和疗效。方法：对8例复治的转移性肝癌的患者在肝动脉中灌注200mg奥沙利铂，结果：8例患者中，1例患者达到PR，5例患者NC，2例患者PD；毒副反应均为Ⅰ－Ⅱ度，治疗中未出现肾功能的损伤。结论：奥沙利铂动脉灌注是安全的，初步研究证明在肝动脉中灌注有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | [Purpose]To evaluate the effect and safety of intra-arterial infusion with Oxaliplatin for previously treated metastatic liver cancer.[Method]Eight patients with metastatic liver cancer have received intra-arterial 200mg Oxaliplatin once every four weeks.[Results]Each case received twice .In these cases,one reached PR;five,NC and two,PD.One case occurred Ⅱ 0 leucocytopenia,three showed Ⅰ 0～ Ⅱ 0gastrointestinal side effect,one was found Ⅰ 0 hepatic side effect,one appeared Ⅰ 0nerval side effect after two courses treatment.No renal damaged. [Conclusion] It's shown that intra-arterial infusion with Oxaliplatin is safe and effective. |
