经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗盆腔液性包块26例

目的探讨经阴道超声引导对盆腔液性包块穿刺治疗的应用价值。方法对26超声诊断为盆腔液性包块的患者在阴道超声引导下穿刺，抽出其内液体，冲洗囊腔，注入药物进行治疗，并跟踪随访复查。结果26例患者在超声引导下1次穿刺成功24例，一次穿刺成功率92．3％，进行第二次穿刺的4例，其中10例单纯性卵巢囊肿患者中1例进行了第二次穿刺；9倒盆腔包裹性积液患者中有1例进行了第二次穿刺；7例子宫内膜异位患者中有2例进行了第二次穿刺。结论经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗盆腔液性包块安全、简便，可重复进行，值得临床应用推广。

Clinical application of transvaginal ultrasound-guided drainage of pelvic fluid bolus

Objective To approach the drainage treatment of pelvic fluid bolus guided by transvaginal ultrasound. Methods 26 patients with pelvic fluid bolus were drained guided by ultrasonic guidance, and followed up for 1 year. Resuits 24 patients was successful （92%） in the first drainage. There were 4 cases underwent the second drainage, including 1 case （1/10） with ovarian cyst, 2 cases （2/7） with endometriosis uterine and 1 case （1/9） with encapsulated effusion. Conclusions It is safe, convenient and replicable to treat pelvic cavity fluidity bolus with drainage guided by transvaginal ultrasound.
