| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电离辐射对海马CA-1区神经元的损害。方法大鼠经过辐射后海马CA-1区病理组织学的改变和图象分析。结果电离辐射后海马组织病理学检查发现神经元有明显的损害。结论电离辐射可引起海马CA-1区神经元特异性损害。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mechanism of hippocampal CA-1region neuronal damage af-ter ionizing radiation in rats.Methods After ionizing radiation,the pathology changes were observed un-der light and electronic microscope,and the images of the hippocampus CA-1region neuron were ana-lyzed.Re sults After ionizing radiation,the neuronal damage was substantial.Conclusion Ionizing Radi-ation could induce hippocampal neuron damage in the CA-1region selectively. |
