| 摘 要： | 目的心电图负荷测验中R波振幅变化与ST段压低的比较。方法对174例运动测验采用R波振幅变化的标准,并与ST段标准的结果进行对比。结果△R、△RST、ΣR标准在冠心病及可疑冠心病组的阳性率和在正常组的阴性率均高于ST段标准。结论当其分别与ST段标准结合时,可显著提高冠心病的阳性检出率和正常组的阴性符合率。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the electrocardiogram in load test of R-wave amplitude change with ST-segment pressure. Method To use R-wave amplitude change standard and ST-segment standard to 174 motion tests, and compare the result.
