摘    要:目的寻找治疗肥厚性瘢痕的有效的药物.方法人类肥厚性瘢痕移植裸鼠18例,其中盐酸维拉帕米治疗9例,生理盐水对照9例.移植物内注射3H-脯氨酸,于7、10、14d后取标本.结果(1)肥厚性瘢痕组织经盐酸维拉帕米治疗后,胶原合成量无明显变化,胶原降解量明显下降.(2)3H-脯氨酸注射后7、10、14d瘢痕组织的胶原合成、降解量无明显变化.结论盐酸维拉帕米治疗肥厚性瘢痕的作用机制主要是增加瘢痕组织的胶原降解.

Abstract:Objective To look for the effective drugs for the treatment of hypertrophic scar(HS).Method 18 cases of HS from patients were implanted under the skin of 18 nude mice.9 of them were treated with verapamil hydrochoride and the others were treated with 0.9% Nacl for control.Every implant was injected with 3H-proline and observed for incorporation in the scar 7,10,14 days later.Results (1)After the treatment of verapamil hydrochoride,the content of collagenic synthesis in HS was a little more than that in control group,but the degradation was remarkablely increased.(2)7,10,14 days after the injection of 3H-proline,the contents of collagenic synthesis and degradation changed little.Conclusion The therapeutic agent-verapamil can seriously speed up the catabolism in HS.
