| Abstract: | This article describes the complementary roles of Registered Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants working in an inpatient child psychiatry unit. Collaborative functions include assessment, treatment, program development and evaluation, and supervision. Supervisory strategies are also described. |
