普通话及粤语正常人腭咽闭合类型的对比研究

目的了解不同语言正常人群发音时腭咽闭合类型是否有区别，为相应语言的腭裂术后患者二次咽成形术式的选择提供参考。方法采用鼻咽纤维镜分别对33名说普通话和31名说粤语的正常人发音时腭咽闭合类型进行对比，观察两者问是否存在明显差别。结果说普通话及粤语正常人腭咽闭合类型分别为冠状、环状、半环状及矢状闭合，其发生率普通话为57．6％、33．3％、6％和3％；粤语为58．1％、32．2％、9．7％和0。统计学检验两组人群的腭咽闭合类型无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论普通话与粤语正常人均存在不同类型的腭咽闭合。两者问腭咽闭合类型无明显区别。

Comparative study on patterns of velopharyngeal closure in Putonghua and Cantonese - speakers

Objective To determine whether the patterns of velopharyngeal closure were different between the normal Putonghua and Cantonese- speakers. Methods Thirty - three normal Putongha - speakers and 31 Cantonese - speakers were selected. The examination of nasopharyngoscopy was conducted and the patterns of velopharyngeal closure were analyzed. Results The patterns of velopharyngeal valving in Putonghua and Cantonese - speakers were coronal, cireular, hemicircular and sagittal pattern. There was no significant difference in the percentage of the four patterns between Putonghua- and Cantonese - speakers. Conclusion Although the normal Putonghua - and Cantonesespeakers exhibited difference in the patterns of velopharyngeal closure, the percentage distribution of the patterns of velopharyngeal valving was not significantly different.
