MiniMed胰岛素泵输注障碍原因分析及对策

为确保应用MiniMed胰岛素泵进行强化治疗的患得到最佳的治疗效果，对362例患应用中出现的207次输注障碍进行分析．总结该类型胰岛素泵出现输注障碍的常见原因有：空气堵塞、皮下软管折曲和堵塞、胰岛素吸收不良、储液管活塞推动受限。提出对策：避免空气堵塞输注装置，避免操作不当，按时更换输注装置及输注部位，保证储液管活塞推动顺畅。认为做好预防措施是避免胰岛素泵出现输注障碍的先决条件。

Causes and preventive measures of infusion obstruction of MiniMed insulin pump

In order to ensure the therapeutic effect in intensely treating diabetes with MiniMed ins ulin pump,the authors summarized and analyzed the treatment of207infusion obstru ction in362patients,finding the common causes consisted of air obstruction,folds and obstruction of subdermal soft tube,mal-absorption of insulin,weak propellin g of the valve in infusion tube.They put forward their preventive measures like avoidance of air obstruction,avoidance of improper operation,timely alteration o f infusion device and punctured points,and assurance of smooth propelling of the valve in infusion tube.They concluded the well-prepared preventive measures are the precondition for avoiding insulin infusion obstruction.
