| 摘 要： | 脑卒中是临床常见病,肢体痉挛是脑卒中后的主要症状之一。尽管对脑卒中后肢体痉挛在机理上没有认识彻底,临床评价和治疗还有不尽如人意的地方,但近年来还是取得了一些成绩。
