摘    要:目的:优化黄芪多糖的水提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,苯酚-硫酸法测定黄芪多糖量为指标,优化黄芪多糖水提取工艺。结果:优化水提取条件为加水量12:1,提取时间0.5h,提取次数2次,提取液浓缩后加无水乙醇沉淀,黄芪多糖收率2.7%。结论:优化的黄芪多糖水提取工艺简便、快捷。

Abstract:Objective:To optimum the extraction procedure for polysaccharide from radix astragali by water extraction.Method: Orthogonal test was used,optimum the extraction of procedure polysaccharide was selected Phenol-sulfuric as the the content index.Re- sult:The optimum extraction procedure was as fatlow:12 times of water decocting 0.5 h and 2 times,and the polysaccharide yield was 2.7%.Conclusion:The optimum extraction procedure was simple and quick.
