摘    要:目的:测定银杏叶中4种微量元素的含量,并探讨其水煎剂及沸水浸泡液作为微量元素补剂的可能性。方法:用硝酸和高氯酸消化样品,再用原子吸收分光光度计测定样品中的微量元素铜、锌、铁、镁的含量。结果:银杏叶中含有较丰富的微量元素,尤其是铁、镁的含量较高。结论:银杏叶水煎剂微量元素煎出率普遍较高,而沸水浸泡液中微量元素的溶出率很低。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the concentrations of trace elements in Cinkgo leaves and study the possibility of using their extract as element supplement. Method: The samples were digested with mixed acid of nitricacid-perchlorate. Four kinds of elements, Cu, Zn, Fe and Mg, in the digested solution were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Result:The contents of trace elements in Cinkgo leaves,especially Fe and Mg in the Ginkgo leaves were high. Conclusion:All elements had different concentrations when extracted by different methods.
