| 摘 要： | 目的 总结空心加压钉与Richard钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的愈后结果。方法 分析82例新鲜股骨颈骨折应用两种不同手术不同结果及原因。结果 按马元璋提出的标准评定疗效空心钉组愈后优良率93％、Richard钉组优良率79％。结论 治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折，空心钉内固定比Richard钉内固定更具优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the effect for treating the fresh fracture of the femoral neck with the Double-heads empty compression screw (DECS) or the Dynamic hipscrew (DHS). Methods Eighty-two cases with fresh fracture of the femoral neck were treated by two different operations. To analyze the different effect and reason. Results After all cases were healed, with Ma Yuan-zhang criterion evaluation, the percentage of successful outcomes was 93% in DECS and 79% in DHS. Conclusion For treating the fresh fracture of the femoral neck, DECS is superior to DHS . |
