| 摘 要： | 功能性消化不良是消化道常见症候群,严重影响患者的生活质量,是21世纪国内外学者研究的热点之一.多数学者认为胃运动障碍可能是功能性消化不良的主要病理生理机制之一,目前胃运动功能的检测手段主要有胃电图、胃排空等,本文对功能性消化不良与胃电图及胃排空之间的关系进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a highly prevalent disorder which affects the quality of daily life of patients. Although there are many studies that have investigatd pathophysiologic mechanism, the underlying causal pathways associated with FD remain unclear. Many researchers propose that the impaired gastric motility may be one of the most important pathophysiologic mechanisms. The methods to evaluate gastric motility today include electrogastrogram and gastric emptying and so on. The aim of this article is to provide a review of current researches on the relationship between electrogastrogram and gastric emptying. |
