摘    要:目的研究便携式视频显微镜经大脑纵裂胼胝体后段入路的显露范围和观察效果。方法新鲜和灌注固定的成人尸头标本各5例,在便携式视频显微镜下,经大脑纵裂胼胝体后段、经小脑幕入路暴露并观察四叠体池及松果体区。结果便携式视频显微镜经大脑纵裂胼胝体后段、经小脑幕入路能够清楚、逼真地暴露四叠体池及松果体区。结论便携式视频显微镜经大脑纵裂胼胝体后段、经小脑幕入路能够进入四叠体池完成松果体区的显微解剖。

Abstract:Objective The exposure and observation of retrocallosal longitudinal cerebral fissure approach with portable video microscope are investigated.Methods Quadrigeminal body cistern and pineal region were explored on fresh and perfused (five specimens respectively) adult human cadaveric head specimens through portable video microscope via retrocallosal longitudinal cerebral fissure and transtentorial approach.Results Quadrigeminal body cistern and pineal region were exposed clearly and lifelikely through portable video microscope via retrocallosal longitudinal cerebral fissure and transtentorial approach.Conclusion Application of portable video microscope via retrocallosal longitudinal cerebral fissure and transtentorial approach enables the surgeons to work in quadrigeminal body cistern and pineal region.
