| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定外用应急软膏中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Kramasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长276nm。结果黄芩苷的线性范围是0.1208～0.6040μg,r=0.9980,平均加样回收率为100.32%,RSD=1.45%。结论该方法结果准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method of baicalin in Waiyongyingji Ointment by HPLC.METHODS Kramasil C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used and a mixture of methanol-water-phosphoric acid（47∶53∶0.2）as the mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 276nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.1208～0.6040μg,r=0.9980,The average recovery was 100.32%,RSD=1.45%.CONCLUSION The method was accurate,reproducible and can be applied in quality control of in Waiyongyingji Ointment. |
