| 摘 要： | 目的外固定架治疗胫骨骨折骨不连疗效评价.方法采用半环槽式外固定架对36例胫骨骨折骨不连进行治疗,通过轴向加压,促进骨折愈合,早期关节活动,保持或恢复关节功能.结果所有病例在4～17月内愈合.功能复查优24例占66.7%,良7例占16.7%,可4例占11.2%,差2例占5.4%.结论半环槽式外固定架治疗胫骨骨折骨不连,固定牢靠,通过轴向加压能促进骨折愈合,早期无痛性关节活动有利于关节功能的恢复.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of nonunion of tibia fracture with semicircle external fixative. Methods: To use semicircle external fixative trented nonunion fracture with axial force, got a function exercises in early stage and good joint function. Results: All cases got union of tibia fracture in 4 to 17 months after operation, According to the criterion of treatmant effects, 24 as excellent (66. 7% ), 7 as good(16. 7% ), 4 as fair(11. 2% )and 2 as poor(5. 4% ). Conclusion: Nonunion of tibia fracture were treated with semicircle external fixative, keeped stationary joint pain and function in early stage. |
