系统护理干预在喉癌手术患者健康教育中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨护理干预应用于喉癌手术患者健康教育中的效果。方法将60例喉癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组按系统护理干预进行健康教育,对照组按照传统方法进行健康教育,采用自制患者健康知识掌握情况调查表、患者满意度调查表及Terrell喉癌生活质量表分别进行评估,比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、健康教育知识达标率、护理质量满意率和患者生活质量。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间、住院费用均较对照组少(P〈0.01);观察组健康教育知识达标率、护理质量满意率、患者生活质量评价较对照组高(P〈0.05)。结论护理干预应用于喉癌手术患者的健康教育,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用,既提高了护理质量及患者满意度,又提高了患者的生活质量。

Application of System Nursing Intervention for Health Education of Laryngo-Carcinoma Patients Accepting Operation

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions used in health education of patient with throat surgery. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. Nursing intervention was used to conduct health education in observation group. The control group was treated according to the traditional methods of health educa- tion. Patients were evaluated with self-health knowledge questionnaire, satisfaction survey and Terrell laryngeal quality of life table. Hospital stay, hospital costs, and health education standard rate, quality of care and patient satisfaction rate the quality of life be- tween the groups were compared. Results Observed group of patients, the average length of stay, hospital charges, less than in the control group Observation group and health education standard rate, satisfaction rate the quality of care, quality of life assessment of patients compared with control group. Conclusion Nursing interventions used in patients with laryngeal cancer surgery, health education,length of hospital stay and reduce medical costs, not only improves the quality of care and patient satisfaction, hut also improve the quality of life of patients.
