秦皇岛市开展结核病控制项目后农村患者回顾性调查分析

目的　了解农村结核病患者情况 ,促进世行贷款 /英国赠款中国结核病控制项目的各项工作。方法　采取随机抽样的方法 ,以现场询问的方式进行问卷调查。结果　共调查病人 95 6人 ,病人的就诊信息来源以政府布告为主 ,占 4 2. 0 5 % ;有 93 .31%的人有能力支付看病期间的费用 ;全程规律服药的比例为 93. 31% ;但能在医生面视下服药的只有 30 .92 % ,尚有待于提高 ;有96 . 97%的患者对本项目表示满意 ;98 .6 4 %的人希望继续开展结核病控制项目。结论　开展结核病控制项目 ,对有效防治结核病具有重要意义。

A Retrospective Investigation and Analysis of Rural Patients Following Implementation of TB Control Project in Qinhuangdao

ObjectiveThe present investigation was carried out to learn about the situation of TB patients in rural regions to provide information for the development of the various affairs in TB control programme of China subsidized by the loan of the World Bank and grants of Uk.Methods Random sampling was adopted on the basis of questionnaire investigation in situ.Results A total of 956 patients were investigated,whose information of consultation in medical facilities primarily came from Gopvernment Bulletin,accounting for 42.05%.93.31% of patients were able to pay the fees needed during treatment.The rate of full and regular medication was 93.31%,but there were only 30.92% of patients taking medicine when a doctor was present,which remained to be improved 96.97% of patients were satisfied with this project and 96.84% of patients expressed their wish for going on with the TB control project.Conclusion The implementation of a TB control project is of great importance for effective prevention and treatment of TB.
