| 摘 要： | 通过对“方证相对”命题的文献学溯源性探讨,结合对中医病证体系及方证组织构架的分析,认为中医所讲的“方证相对”是主要指方剂的药物组成与配伍,与其主治病证所内寓的基本病机具有高度的针对性或相关性。“方证相对”中的“方证”,是指某方与某一特定病证间所存在的直接对应的主治关系,这一关系是建筑在该方内涵的“理”与“法”之上。“方证相对”不仅是中医辨证论治法则之“魂”,也是临床医生熟练运用各种辨证技术方法处理疾病过程的最基本的临床思维方式和孜孜以求的终极目标。

| Abstract: | This paper retrospectively analyzes the connotations of "Formula to Syndrome". Herbal formula is based upon the specific cause, mechanism and treatment principle of the individual disorder. Clinicians must attach great importance to the syndrome differentiation and treatment administration. |
