| 摘 要： | 本文报告了于病灶基底部注射高渗盐水—利多卡因—肾上腺素混合液(HS-L-E)结合圈套器高频电摘除上消化道宽蒂息肉及部分粘膜下肿瘤的方法。结果显示:20例宽蒂息内和4例粘膜下肿瘤均被完整摘除,术中及术后无任何并发症。结果表明:此法是安全、有效的。

| Abstract: | The injections of a mixture of Hypertonic saline,Lidocaine and Epinephrine(HS-L-E)com- bined with PSD and snare were used in the treatment of wide-pedicle polyps and some submucosal tumours.The results showed that 20 cases of wide-pedicle polyps and 4 cases of submucosal tu- mour were resected completely,without any complications in or after operation.The results suss- est that this method is effective and safe. |
