摘    要:目的:探讨快速减压对豚鼠脑组织中前列腺素的影响。方法:将豚鼠分为快速减压组和对照组,快速减压组动物置于小加压舱内,5min加压至0.6MPa,并在该压力下暴露60min,用19min减压至常压出舱;对照组不进行加减压处理。在实验结束时处死动物取脑皮质,用酶免测定法测定组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2),血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-K-PGF1a)含量。结果:快速减压后,脑后质中的PGF2为对照组的2倍,TXB2为对照组的3倍,6-K-PGF1a为对照组的2.6倍,3种PGs与对照组比均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:快速减压可引起机体脑组织中不同前列腺素含量明显升高,PGs在脑组织应激损伤中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of fast decompression on prostaglandins in cerebral tissue. Method 26 guinea pigs were divided into 2 groups randomly.The animals in group FDC(group 1) were treated with fast decompression and formed decompression sickness, but those in control group(group 2) were not treated with decompression. The contents of prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2)?6 keto prostaglandin F 1a (6 K PGF 1a ) and thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2) in cerebral tissue of the animals were determined by enzyme immunoassay. Result The content of PGE 2 in cerebral tissue of FDC animals was twice as much as that in control animals. The content of TXB 2 in cerebral tissue of FDC animals was 3 times as high as that in control animals, and that of 6 K PGF 1a in cerebral tissue of FDC animals was 2.6 times as that in control animals. It showed very significant differences as compared with control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The content of PGs in cerebral tissue increased markedly after fast decompression,and may cause cerebral injury.
