某省级妇幼保健院住院病人疾病构成分析

目的统计分析住院病人疾病构成，为医院管理服务，为指导妇幼卫生工作服务。方法对近2年的33，417例住院病例进行疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类及疾病构成分析。结果本组病例疾病构成顺位依次为：妊娠、分娩和产褥期疾病（46．85％），呼吸系统疾病（16．66％），起源于围生期的某些情况（10．13％），泌尿生殖系统疾病（6．89％），消化系统疾病（4．41％），其它（15．06％）。妊娠、分娩和产褥期疾病占首位，前5类疾病占总住院数的84．94％。结论生殖健康相关问题是影响女性身心健康及生命质量最广泛的因素，妇幼卫生日常工作重点应放在对前5类常见病、多发病的防治上，对构成比有增多趋势的疾病应予重视。

An Analysis on Inpatients Disease Formation for Two Years of a Provincial Maternity and Children Health Care Hospital

Objectives to analyze inpatients diseases formation to service hospital management and maternity and children health work guidance. Methods an international statistical classification and diseases formation analysis on illnesses and health problems of 33417 hospitalization cases for two years in our hospital. Results the ranking of this group disease are respectively： pregnancy, delivery and puerperium disease （46.85%）; respiratory system disease （ 16.66 % ） ; some situation originated from perinatal period （ 10.13 % ） ; urogenital system disease （6.89 % ） ; digestive system disease （4.41 % ） ; and others （ 15.06% ）. Pregnancy, delivery and puerperium disease account for the first place. The first five diseases account for 84.94% of the total hospitalization. Conclusions reproductive health problems are the most widely factor affecting women physical and mental health and life quality. The daily working point of women and children health should place on the prevention of the first five common diseases and frequency occurring diseases. It should pay attention to the diseases having increasing trend on formation proportion.
