恶性血液病患者血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白的测定及临床意义

目的：分析恶性血液病患者血甭免疫抑制酸性蛋白（ＩＡＰ）的变化及临床意义。方法：应用单向免疫琼脂扩散法检测５０例恶性血液病和１５例非恶性血液病２者血清ＩＡＰ水平。结果：垩是血液病患者血清ＩＡＰ水平明显增高，与健康对照组相比有差异（Ｐ〈０．０１＿。非恶性血液病患者与健康对照组无统计学差异。动态观察急慢性白血病不同病期ＩＡＰ变化表明，初始与未缓解病人ＩＡＰ增高明显，缓解期水平下降，ＩＡＰ持续增高病人往往

Measurement and clinical significance of serum immunosuppressive acidic protein levels in malignant hematological diseases

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical significance of the serum levels of immunosuppressive acidic protein (IAP) in the cases with malignant hematological diseases. Methods: The serum changes of IAP in the 50 cases with malignant hematological diseases and 15 cases with non malignant hematological diseases were determined using single immunodiffusion method. Results:The result showed that the serum IAP levels of malignant hematological diseases, compared with the controls,were markedly increased ( P <0 01).There were no statistical differences in serum levels between non malignant hematological diseases and the controls. After investigating the changes of serum IAP levels in different stages of acute and chronic leukemia, we found that the IAP levels in newly diagnosed and non remission patients were significantly increased but decreased in the remission patients. Furthermore, if the IAP kept high, the outcome of the patients would not be good. Conclusions:Our study suggests that serum IAP levels could be used as a marker for the diagnosis as well as for the prognoses of tumors.
