| 摘 要： | 1 资料与方法1 1 一般资料按 1986年第二次全国脑血管病学术会议修订的诊断标准 ,将 5 6例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗 1组 (川芎嗪组 ) 2 8例 ,其中男 19例 ,女 9例 ;年龄 5 0岁～ 70岁 ,平均 5 8岁。治疗 2组 (抵组克力得 ) 2 8例 ,男 17例 ,女 11例 ;年龄 49岁～ 72岁 ,平均 6 0岁。两组患者均经头颅ＣＴ确诊。对照组 :选择正常人 2 5例 ,均排除高血压、高血糖、高血脂症及心脑血管病。男 15例 ,女 10例 ;年龄 48岁～6 5岁 ,平均 5 2岁。1 2 方法用硅化注射器取空腹静脉血 ,迅速注入盛有 0 5ｍｌ抗凝剂 (3 8%枸橼酸钠溶液 )的塑料试管中 …

| Abstract: | To compare the effects of ticlopidine and ligustrazine on platelet agglutination in patients with ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods:Turbidimetric method was utilized to measure platelet agglutination.Results:Both ticlopidine and ligustrazine can evidently inhibit platelet aggregation.Ticlopidine has a slightly better effect than ligustrazine in inhibiting platelet aggregation,however the difference did not reach statistical significance( P >0 05).Conclusion:Both Ticlopidine and ligustrazine are effective drugs in inhibiting platelet aggregation,but ligustrazine is much cheaper. |
