儿童多动症、儿童自闭症与血中单胺类神经递质关系的研究

目的了解儿童多动症即注意缺陷多动障碍(attentiondeficitdisorderwithhypractivity,ADHD)与儿童自闭症(autistcdisorder,AD)的行为与血中单胺类神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE),5-羟色胺(5-HT)的关系。方法采用德国进口的检测血中去甲肾上腺素,5-羟色胺试剂(IMMUNOBIOLOGICALLABORATORIES,IBL)Noradrenalin(e)ELISA及SerotoninELISA,使用ThermoLabsystems雷勃酶标仪(MK3)测定。结果与正常儿对比,儿童多动症血中NE显著升高,5-HT显著下降,儿童自闭症血中5-HT显著升高,NE显著下降。结论血中单胺类神经递质与儿童的行为关系密切,检测血中NE、5-HT可以了解儿童行为模式起一定的作用。

The relationship between plasma level of monoamine neurohumor and atten tion deficit disorder with hypractivity and autistc dis-order

Objectives To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of noradrenaline(NE),5-hydroxy tryptamine(5-HT)and behaviors of child with attention deficit disorder with hypractivity(ADHD)and autistc disorder(AD).Methods All reagents for detection of NE and 5-HT were Germany made,all b lood samples were detected by Thermo labsysems MK 3 .Results In child with ADHD,levels of NE were significantly higher and l evels of 5-HT were significantly low er comparing with that of normal chil d.In child with AD,levels of 5-HT were significantly higher an d levels of AD were significantly low er comparing with that of normal chil d.Conclusions The plasma levels of monoamine neurohumor have close relationship with behavior of child.Detections of NE and 5-HT can h elp to learn behaviors of child.
