摘    要:用薄层层析法对室外栽培前后的广豆根组培苗植株与野生引种植株的药用有效成分苦参碱和氧化苦参碱对比分析表明,组培苗具有正常生物合成苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的能力.因此,广豆根组培苗可以作为种源推广应用.

Abstract:The qualitative analysis of the effective composition, matrine and oxymatrine in tissue-cultured and wild Sophora tonkinsis was done through thin-layer chromatography.The results showed that the tissue-cultured plants were almost as same as the wild plants in the ability to bio-synthesize matrine and oxymatrine.So,the tissue-cultured plants could be used as planting materials for artificial cultivation.
