| 摘 要： | 目的通过比较南蛇藤不同提取部位的抗炎作用,考察其抗炎的有效部位.方法通过角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀实验、醋酸致小鼠腹膜炎实验、大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验,考察南蛇藤不同提取部位的抗炎作用.结果南蛇藤甲醇提取物能显著抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠的足肿胀,高剂量组与雷公藤多苷片相比有显著性差异.南蛇藤甲醇提取物能显著抑制醋酸致小鼠腹膜炎中腹腔毛细血管的通透性,高剂量组与阿司匹林组相比有显著性差异.南蛇藤甲醇提取物能显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿,高剂量组与吲哚美辛组相比无显著性差异.结论南蛇藤甲醇提取部位有较好的抗炎作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the exact anti-inflammatory part of Celastrus orbiculatus(CO)by comparing the ef fect of different extracts of Celastrus orbiculatus on inflammation.Methods Experiments such as carrageenin inducing rat pedal swelling,cotton-pellet inducing rat granuloma and acetic acid inducing mice peritonitis were carried out to observe the effect of different extracts of CO on inflammation.Results High-dose methanol-extract of CO showed obvious inhibitory effect on rat pedal swelling,the capillary permeability of abdominal cavity and cotton-pellet-induced granuloma,which differed from tripterygium glycoside and aspirin which did not differ from indomethacin.Conclusion The methanol-extract of CO exerts potent anti-inflammatory effect. |
