摘    要:(1)目的 观察卡氏肺孢子虫及病变肺组织超微结构,探讨卡氏肺孢子虫的可能致病机制。(2)方法 肌注地塞米松诱发大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎,取其肺组织,按常规方法进行透射电镜观察。(3)结果 电镜下第22-28天即可观察到卡氏肺孢子虫的感染,以包囊为主;第43-56天达重度感染,以滋养体为主,肺泡腔内多见,肺间质中少见,中性粒细胞、肺泡巨噬细胞和Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞内也可见到。(4)结论 大滋养体伸出丝状伪足与Ⅰ,Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞粘连使上皮细胞发生变化。Ⅱ型上皮细胞发生凋亡。

Abstract:Objective To study the pathogenecity of pneumocystis carinii to the host by establishing a rat model. Methods The rats were injected intramuscularly with dexamethasone and sacrificed weekly to examine their lungs under an electron microscope. Results A large number of P.carinii were observed in alveolar space and a few in alveolar interstitium, they were also found in the neutrophil, pulmonary macrophage and typeⅡ alveolar epithelial cell. Conclusion The large trophozoites with filopodina were directly attached to the type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ pneumocyte then type Ⅰ and Ⅱ pneumocyte degenerated and apoptosis occurred.
