舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓预防剖宫产妇产后出血疗效观察

目的：观察舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓预防剖宫产妇产后出血的有效性和安全性。方法：存在出血高危因素的剖宫产妇62例随机分为观察组与对照组各31例,观察组于第二产程末胎头娩出前,舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓1 mg;对照组在胎儿娩出后静注催产素20 u。观察两组患者术中、术后2 h出血量和总出血量,用药前后血压变化,及治疗期间药品不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组术中、术后2 h及总出血量均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后的收缩压及舒张压变化比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后观察组不良反应发生率9.7%,对照组未见不良反应发生。结论：舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓可明显减少出血高危因素产妇剖宫产术中、术后出血量,且安全性较高。

Observation of the Effect of Carboprost Methylate Suppositorites Sublingual on the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage by Caesarean Section Women

Objective ： To observe the efficacy and safety of carboprost methylate suppositorites sublingual by caesarean section women on preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods ：62 cases of bleeding risk factors associated with maternal, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group （ n = 31 ）. The observation group were given car- boprost methylate suppositorites 1 mg sublingual, before the end of the second stage of labor and the delivery of fetal head . The control group were given oxytocin 20 u iv, after the delivery of fetal head. The intraoperative and postoperative 2 h blood loss and total blood loss, blood pressure changes before and after medication, and the adverse drug reactions during the treatment of the two groups of patients were observed. Results ： The intraoperative and postoperative 2 h and total blood loss in observation group were significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Before and after treatment, There were no significant difference between the changes of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in two groups（ P 〉0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group were 9.7% ,while the control group had no adverse drug reactions. Conclusion ： Carboprost methylate suppositorites sublingual can obviously reduce hemorrhage with high-risk factors of cesarean section, maternal blood loss, postoperative. This method has higher security.
