铝碳酸镁治疗伴胆汁反流的胃溃疡临床研究

目的探讨伴胆汁反流胃溃疡患者采用铝碳酸镁治疗的临床应用价值。方法42例伴胆汁反流胃溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组21例，两组均给予雷贝拉唑片治疗，其中对照组加用吗丁啉，观察组加用铝碳酸镁，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗4周后，对照组显效9例，有效6例，无效6例，总有效率为71．42％（15／21）；观察组显效15例，有效5例，无效1例，总有效率为95．24％（20／21），观察组疗效明显好于对照组，观察组上腹痛、反酸、腹胀、烧心、恶心等症状积分均低于对照组，组间差异均具有统计学意义（尸〈O．05）。结论采用铝碳酸镁治疗伴胆汁反流胃溃疡可获得良好的治疗效果，对于改善患者的临床症状具有积极作用，值得临床借鉴和推广。

Clinical study of treating gastric ulcer with bile reflux by hydrotalcid

Objective To investigate the clinical value of treating gastric ulcer with bile reflux by hydrotalcid. Methods Random number table method was used to divide 42 cases of gastric ulcer with bile reflux into control group and observation group, and there were 21 cases in each group. On the basis of receiving rabeprazole tablets treatment, the control group was treated with domperidone, while the observation group was treated with hydrotalcid. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, there were 9 markedly effective cases, 6 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases in the control group, and the total effective rate was 71.42%（15/21）. There were 15 markedly effective cases, 5 effective cases and 1 ineffective case in the observation group, and the total effective rate was 95.24%（20/21）. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Abdominal pain, acid reflux, bloating, heartburn, nausea and other symptoms scores of the observation group were lower than the control group. The differences between two groups had statistical significance （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Application of hydrotalcid in treating gastric ulcer with bile reflux has advantages of good curative effect and improving clinical symptoms. It is worthy of clinical learning and promotion.
