散寒活络丸结合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎34例疗效观察

目的：观察散寒通络丸结合柳氮磺胺吡啶对强直性脊柱炎的临床治疗效果。方法强直性脊柱炎患者68例随机分成两组，治疗组和对照组。治疗组34例给予口服散寒通络丸结合柳氮磺胺吡啶，对照组34例单纯给予柳氮磺胺吡啶，观察两组的临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率94.1%，对照组总有效率73.5%，治疗组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论散寒通络丸结合柳氮磺胺吡啶能提高强直性脊柱炎的疗效。

Clinical observation of 34 cases of ankylosing spondylitis treated with sanhanhuoluo pill and sulfasalazine

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sanhanhuoluo pill and sulfasalazine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods There were 68 cases of ankylosing spondylitis in the hospital randomly divided into two groups as the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group of 34 cases were treated with sanhanhuoluo pill and sulfasalazine, and the 34 cases in the control group only received sulfasalazine. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.1%, which was higher than that of the control group as 73.5%. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sanhanhuoluo pill with sulfasalazine can improve the clinical effect of treating ankylosing spondylitis.
