| 摘 要： | 从湖北流行性出血热疫区捕获5种鼠共779只,食虫目动物鼩鼱2只,经间接免疫荧光法检查发现流行性出血热病毒抗原阳性者158只(20.3％),其中黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠和黄胸鼠阳性率分别为21.4％、20.9和15.4％,小家鼠、黑线仓鼠和鼩鼱均为阴性。黑线姬鼠阳性率有随体重增加而上升的趋势;鼠体全年均带毒,尤以9、10、11月较高。褐家鼠未见体重和季节的影响。

| Abstract: | From the period of March 1982 to June 1983, 5 species of rodents and 1 insectivora animal (Sorex araneus) captured from EHF endemic area of Hubei Province were tested with indirect immunofluorescent technique.It was found that 158 of 779 rodents carried EHF viral antigen in their lungs, with a total postive rate 20.28％,among which the Apodemus agrariusa was at 21.43％, the Rattus norvegicus 20.90％, and Rattus flavipectus 15.38％ respectively, whereas the rest were negative. In the species of Apodemus agrarius the positive rate is proportional to its body weight and viral antigen could be detected through the whole year, especially in autumn. |
