| 摘 要： | 应用国产胶行人工栓塞术治疗4例脑动静脉畸形(AVM),疗效满意,无并发症。病理学检查,血管及周围脑组织均无明显损害。国产胶是一种较好的脑AVM栓塞剂。人工栓塞术与手术切除相结合,既避免残留脑AVM的可能性,也简化了切除脑AVM的手术操作。

| Abstract: | Four patients with cerebral AVM have been treated by artificial embolization with liquid adhesive (TH and ZT plastic). The operative results seemed satisfacctory with no serious complication. Also the pathological examination revealed that there was no significant damage to the blood vessels and the surrounding parenchyma 1.5 hours after the procedure. The liquid adhesive is probably a embolic material for cerebral AVM and the combination of emdolization with resecctive surgery of the cerebral malformation. |
