颅内胆脂瘤的CT、MRI诊断

目的:探讨颅内胆脂瘤的临床表现和CT、MRI诊断特征。方法:回顾性分析42例颅内胆脂瘤的CT、MRI表现,并与手术病理结果进行对照。结果:发生在桥脑小脑角区25例,鞍区7例,脑室系统、枕叶各3例,小脑半球、颞叶各2例。结论:CT、MRI是诊断颅内胆脂瘤的主要影像学检查,根据其临床表现,结合好发部位、生长特点及CT、MRI特点,能做出正确的诊断。

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Intracranial Choleteatoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical situation and CT、MRI diagnostic characteristic of the cholesteatoma .Methods CT characteristics of 42 cases of cholesteatoma were reviewed,and the data were compared to the pathology.Results 25 cases located in the cerebellopontine angle cisterns,7 cases located in saddle area,3 cases located in ventricular system and end-lobe ,there were 2 cases in the cerebellar hemisphere and temporal lobes ,respectively.Conclusion CT and MRI are the main examination tools in the diagnosis of cholesteatoma, a definite diagnosis can be done by the clinical situation ,predilection site ,growth feature and CT、MRI characteristics of the cholesteatoma.
