冰刺激治疗脑干梗死患者吞咽障碍的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察冰刺激对脑干梗死患者吞咽困难的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组A、治疗组B以及对照组C。疗效观察期间各组患者基础神经内科药物治疗正常进行,治疗组A、B使用自制小冰棒对软腭、舌根及咽后壁等与吞咽有关的黏膜肌肉进行冷刺激,同时治疗组A、C行常规进食康复训练,1月后采用日本洼田俊夫饮水测试各组观察疗效。结果治疗组A总有效率95%,治疗组B总有效率65%,对照C总有效率65%,治疗组A明显优于治疗组B、对照组C(P〈0.05),且治疗组B、对照组C疗效差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论冰刺激疗法可明显改善脑干梗死患者吞咽困难程度,吞咽功能可得到显著恢复。

Abstract:Objective To observe the dysphagia curative effect by using ice to stimulate brainstem infarction patients.Methods 60 patients were divided into the treatment group A and B and control group C randomly.Clinical observation on patients during each based neural internal medicine medications as normal.Group A,B was used the self-made small popsicles to give the cold stimulation for the relevant mucous membrane.such as,the root of tongue,soft palatine and pharynx.While A,C in treatment group received recovery training routinely.One month later,the drinking test of WaTian jun from Japan was adopted to observe the curative effect.Results The total effective rate in treatment group A,B and C were 95%,65% and 65% respectively.Treatment A was significantly better than treatment B and control group C(P0.05).In treatment group B and control group C,no significant difference was observed(P0.05).Conclusion Ice stimulation therapy can obviously improve the degree of difficulty swallowing brainstem infarction patients,swallowing function can get significant recovery.
