我院2006～2008年痰检质量控制结果分析

目的：加强综合性医院痰涂片镜检的质量控制,保证痰涂片检验质量,提高痰涂片阳性检出率。方法：采用痰直接涂片萋尼氏染色检查法,根据《中国结核病防治规划-痰涂片镜检实验室质量保证手册》的规定进行涂片、染色和镜检。结果：痰检阳性、阴性符合率超过99%; 痰细胞合格率为90.12%～95.34%,痰涂片涂抹大小、厚薄、染色、脱落等合格率呈增长趋势,基本超过项目要求的90%; 血性痰涂阳率〉干酪痰涂阳率〉黏液痰涂阳率〉水样痰涂阳率; 清晨痰涂阳率〉夜间痰涂阳率〉即时痰涂阳率。结论：痰检阳性、阴性符合率、痰片制作各项指标基本达到项目要求,血性痰和清晨痰的涂阳率最高。

Analysis on the quality control of phlegm smearm examination results in the comprehensive hospital from 2006 to 2008

Objective：To strengthen the quality control of the phlegm smear inspection,guarantee the quality of the phlegm smear examination and raise the positive detection rate of phlegm smear examination in the comprehensive hospital.Methods：Used the direct phlegm smear and Ziehl-Neelsen dye methods to smear,dye and inspect according to ＂Chinese tuberculosis control program-phlegm smear microscopic exam laboratory quality assurance handbook＂.Results：The coincidence rate of the positive and the negative detection rate of the phlegm smear examination was over 99%;the qualification rate of the cell examination in the phlegm smearwas was between 90.12% and 95.34%,the qualification rate of the size,thickness,dye and dropping of the phlegm smear had an increasing trend over 99% of the requirements;the positive detection rate of haem-phlegm beyond the positive detection rate of cheese-like phlegm beyond the positive detection rate of mucilage phlegm beyond the positive detection rate of water-like phlegm;the positive detection rate in the morning phlegm beyond the positive detection rate in the night phlegm beyond the positive detection rate immediately phlegm.Conclusion：The coincidence rate of the positive and the negative rate of the phlegm smear examination and the indexes of the phlegm smear making have achieved to the respective requirements,haem-phlegm and the morning phlegm have the most positive detection rate.
