肝病患者血清甲胎蛋白和癌胚抗原放免测定的临床意义

在肝病患者中,作者用放射免疫分析法作了血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)和癌胚抗原(CEA)的测定。对38例同时测定AFP和CEA的肝癌病人结果分析发现,5例肝癌患者CEA阳性,而AFP属正常,二者互补,阳性率达78.9％(30/38)。表明联合测定AFP和CEA可提高肝癌阳性检出率,对肝癌的早期诊断具有一定价值。

Clinical Significance of Serum AFP and CEA Measurements by Radioimmunoassay in Patients with Liver Diseases

Alpha-Fetoprotein(AFP) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) levels in serum of the patients with lrver diseases were assessed with radioimmunoassay. The AFP levels above 25ng/ml and the CEA levels above 17. 26ng/ml in the serum are considered as Deing positive. The results indicated that the positive rates of serum AFP levels in patients with liver cancer, hepatocirrhosis, acute hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis B(CAH) were 68.6%(35/51), 18.2%(2/11), 25% (1/4), 50%(3/6) respectively, and the rising rates of serum CEA levels in the patients with liver cancer and hepatocirrhosis were 36.4%(16/44)and 14.3%(1/7)respectively. The data analysis for 38 patients with liver concer, whose serum AFP and CEA levels were tested in a sample, demonstrated that in spite of the fact that serum AFP determination was helpful to the diagnosis of liver cancer, yet combination with serum AFP and CEA measurements was proved to be more valuable for the disease.
