中国中年人红细胞压积参考值与地理因素的一元回归分析

为制定中国中老年人红细胞压积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法：收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康中老年人红细胞压积参考值，并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究。结果：发现海拔高度是影响中年人红细胞压积参考值最主要的因素，随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，中老年人红细胞压积参考值也逐渐增大，相关性很显著。

UNIVARIATE REGRESSION ANALYSIS BETWEEN REFERENCE VALUE OF CHINESE ADULT PEOPLE'S HEMATOCRIT AND GEOGRAPHICAL FACTORS

Objective: To determine and supply a basis for unitying the reference value standards of Chinese adult's hematocrit. Mothods: The research is made in quest of the relationship betwee the reference value of Chinese healthy adult peogle's hematocrit and five geographical factors, which are determined by the way of wintrobe laws. Results: It is discovered that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value of Chinese adult people's hematocrit. As the altitude inereases gradually, the reference value of Chinese adult people's hematocrit also increases gradually, and the correlation seems quite obvious. By mears of applying the method of mathematical regnssion analysis, ten regression equations are given out. Conclusions: If geographical values are obtained in a given area, the reference value of Chinese adult people's hematocrit of this area can be reckoned by using the repression equation.
