2012年北京市顺义区部分涉苯企业职业病危害因素监测结果

目的了解北京市顺义区涉苯企业职业病危害程度及现状,为该行业职业卫生工作的开展提供依据。方法对辖区内53家涉苯企业的规模、经济类型、接触职业病危害人数和职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果顺义区涉苯企业作业场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度合格率较高,均在95.00%及以上,但仍存在超标现象,主要集中在机械工业、皮革、皮毛及其制品业和交通运输设备制品业中。结论顺义区涉苯企业职业病危害状况不容忽视,应加强相关企业和重点行业的监管工作,切实保护劳动者健康。

Monitoring results of occupational hazard factors in some benzene related enterprises in Shunyi district of Beijing in 2012

[ Objective] To explore the degree and current status of occupational hazards in benzene related enterprises in Shunyi district of Beijing, provide the basis for carrying out occupational health work. [ Methods] A total of 53 benzene related enterprises in Shunyi district were investigated and detected, including enterprise scale, economic types, number of workers exposed to occupational hazards and occupational hazard factors. [ Results ] The qualified rates of concentrations of benzene, methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene in workplace air were higher, all in 95.00% and above. But there were still exceeding standard phenomenon, mainly concentrated in the machinery industry, leather and fur products industry and transportation equipment products industry. [ Conclusion] Occupational hazard situation of benzene related enterprises in Shunyi district can not be ignored. The supervision of related enterprises and key industries should be strengthened to protect the health of workers.
