临床护士心理授权与职业倦怠的关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨临床护士心理授权与职业倦怠的相关性。方法采用心理授权量表、职业倦怠量表对徐州医学院附属淮安医院的107名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士心理授权和职业倦怠在学历、职称、人事状况方面存在差异;临床护士心理授权各维度与其工作倦怠各维度间存在非常显著的负相关(r=-0.51,P〈0.01),其中自我效能和工作影响对职业倦怠的相关系数较为突出(r值分别为0.47,0.42,P〈0.01)。结论临床护士职业倦怠感较重,护理管理者应该采取适当的管理模式,创建有效的授权环境,提高临床护士的工作积极性,进而减轻临床护士的职业倦怠,利于护理工作的发展。

Abstract:[Objective]To investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout clinical nurses.[Methods]A total of107 clinical nurses from Xuzhou Medical College Affiliated Huaian Hospital were investigated with psychological empowerment scale and burnout inventory.[Results]Psychological empowerment and burnout were significantly different in education,job title,personnel status. Clinical nurse's psychological empowerment of each dimension negatively correlated with its various dimensions of job burnout with significance( r =-0. 51,P〈0. 01),the correlation coefficient of self-efficacy and impacted on burnout more prominently( r values were 0. 47,0. 42,P〈0. 01). [Conclusion]The occupational burnout of clinical nurse is heavier,nursing managers should take appropriate management pattern,create a valid authorization environment,improve clinical nurses' work enthusiasm,thus alleviate their occupational burnout,and help the development of nursing work
