职业病患者心理健康状况调查

目的了解职业病患者的心理健康状况。方法以深圳市职业防治院2012年1月—2014年2月已确诊职业病的住院患者135例为调查对象,采用症状自评量表（Symptom Check List 90,SCL-90）、自编一般情况调查表进行问卷调查,评定其心理健康状况。结果职业病患者SCL-90的总分、9个因子分和阳性项目数均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;存在的主要心理问题有躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁;病情严重程度、家庭月收入情况、学历与心理健康有相关性。结论职业病患者的心理状况较一般人群差,存在不同程度的心理问题,病情越严重心理健康越差,家庭收入越低的职业病患者心理问题越明显,学历越低的职业病患者躯体化症状表现越严重。

Investigation on mental health status of occupational disease patients

Objective]To understand the mental health status of occupational disease patients.Methods]A total of 135 occupational disease patients diagnosed by Shenzhen prevention and treatment center for occupational disease from January 2012 to February 2014 were investigated by the Symptom check list 90（SCL-90） and the general information questionnaire,their mental health status were evaluated.Results]The total score of SCL-90,9 factors＇ scores and number of positive items were higher than the domestic normative scores,the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0. 01）. The main psychological problems were somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptom,anxiety and depression. The severity of the disease,family monthly income and education were correlated to the patients＇ mental health.Conclusion]The mental health of occupational disease patients is worse than general population,there are different degrees of psychological problems. The more serious the disease is,the worse the patients＇ mental health condition is; the less the family incomes are,the more obvious the psychological problems are; the lower the education is,the more serious the somatization is.
