延续性护理对老年青光眼患者术后自我管理能力及NEIVFQ-25的研究

目的研究老年青光眼患者术后生活质量,探讨延续性护理对患者生活质量的影响。方法 2013年9—11月收集104例老年青光眼患者,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用常规的青光眼术前护理、健康教育和出院指导;研究组在常规治疗与护理的基础上采用延续性护理干预,干预期限3个月。比较干预前后患者的自我管理行为与生活质量。结果干预前2组患者生活调适、功能保健、疾病的医疗管理、自我管理行为问卷（GSMQ）总分和视功能受损者生活质量问卷（NEI VFQ-25）得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后研究组的生活调适、疾病的医疗管理、GSMQ总分、NEI VFQ-25得分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,老年青光眼患者GSMQ与NEI VFQ-25呈明显正相关（P〈0.05）。结论延续性护理能有效地改善老年青光眼患者手术后的生活质量,提高患者的疾病自我管理能力。

Study on effect of continuous nursing on postoperative self-management ability and NEI VFQ-25of elderly patients with glaucoma

[Objective]To study the postoperative quality of life in elderly patients with glaucoma,explore the effect of continuous nursing on patients＇ quality of life.[Methods]104 elderly patients with glaucoma were collected from September to November 2013,and randomly divided into the research group and the control group. The control group was given the conventional preoperative nursing,health education and discharge guidance,while the research group received the continuous nursing intervention on the basis of routine treatment and nursing care. The intervention lasted 3 months. The self-management behavior and the quality of life in two groups were compared before and after intervention.[Results]Before intervention,there were no significant differences in life adjustment,function health,medical management,total scores of the Glaucoma self-management questionnaire（ GSMQ） and scores of the National eye institute visual function questionnaire（ NEIVFQ-25） between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. After intervention,the life adjustment,medical management,total scores of（ GSMQ） and scores of NEIVFQ-25 in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was a significantly positive correlation between total scores of（ GSMQ）and scores of NEIVFQ-25 in elderly patients with glaucoma（ P〈0. 05）.[Conclusion]The continuous nursing can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life in elderly patients with glaucoma,enhance the patient＇ self-management ability.
