2006—2013年苏州市职业病危害因素监测

目的了解2006—2013年苏州市职业病危害因素分布状况,为完善职业病的预防和控制措施提供参考。方法收集汇总2006—2013通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告的职业病危害因素监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2006—2013年苏州市职业病危害因素监测单位数17 200家,点位数214 736个,化学有害因素占总监测数的54.68%,物理因素占35.58%,粉尘占9.74%;职业病危害因素总合格率为88.49%,粉尘合格率为87.65%,化学有害因素为95.87%,物理因素为76.72%。外资企业和港澳台企业占总单位数的53.09%,私有企业占42.08%,行业类型前3位依次是计算机及其他电子设备制造业、化学原料及化学品制造业、制造业。结论职业病危害因素主要分布于外资企业、港澳台企业和私营企业,以计算机及其他电子设备制造业化学原料及化学品制造业、制造业为主,有害因素的种类和数量均较多。

Monitoring on occupational hazard factors in Suzhou City from 2006-2013

Objective]To understand the distribution of occupational hazard factors in Suzhou City from 2006-2013,provide the reference for the control and prevention of occupational diseases. Methods]The monitoring data of occupational hazard factors,which were collected from the Chinese disease prevention and control information system from 2006-2013,were analyzed statistically.Results]During 2006-2013,a total of 17 200 enterprises were monitored in Suzhou City,and there were 214 736 monitoring points. The chemical factors accounted for 54. 68% of total monitoring points,physical factors accounted for 35. 58%,and dust accounted for 9. 74%. The total qualified rate of occupational hazard factors was 88. 49%,and the qualified rate of dust,chemical factors and physical factors was 87. 65%,95. 87% and 76. 72%,respectively. The foreign enterprises and Hongkong-Macao-Taiwan enterprises accounted for 53. 09% of the monitoring enterprises,while the private enterprises accounted for 42. 08%. The top three industries were computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry,chemical materials and chemicals manufacturing industry,as well as manufacturing industry. Conclusion]The occupational hazard factors mainly distribute in the foreign enterprises,Hongkong-Macao-Taiwan enterprises,and private enterprises,and mainly focus on computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry,chemical materials and chemicals manufacturing industry,as well as manufacturing industry. There are many types and quantities of occupational hazards in Suzhou City.
