摘 要: | 目的了解职业人群布鲁杆菌病感染状况,为有效防治布鲁杆菌病提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学调查和血清抗体检测的方法进行调查。结果河北省职业人群布鲁杆菌病平均感染率为7.42%,各地区间感染率差异有统计学意义,张家口市最高(15.63%),廊坊市最低(2.86%);不同职业人群感染率存在显著差异,其中放牧人群感染率最高(10.60%),其次为屠宰(8.25%)和饲养人群(7.60%);感染者中新发现病例341例,旧病例269例,隐性感染者193例。结论河北省职业人群受布鲁杆菌病威胁严重。北部以牲畜饲养为主的地区、牲畜屠宰和皮毛加工集散地职业人群感染率较高;放牧、屠宰、饲养人群为布鲁杆菌病高危人群。

Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the infectious status of brucellosis in occupational groups,provide scientific basis for effectively controlling and preventing brucellosis.[Methods]Epidemiological survey and serum antibody detection were applied in this study.[Results]The average infection rate of brucellosis in occupational groups in Hebei Province was 7. 42%. There was statistically significant difference in the infection rate among different areas,which the highest and lowest infection rate was reported in Zhangjiakou City( 15. 63%) and Langfang City( 2. 86%) respectively. The difference in the infection rate among different occupational groups was statistically significant,which the infection rate of herdsmen was the highest( 10. 60%),followed by the butchers( 8. 25%) and feeding group( 7. 60%). Among the infection cases,there were 341 new cases,269 old cases and 193 cases of inapparent infection.[Conclusion]The occupational groups are facing a serious threat from brucellosis in Hebei province.The infection rates in northern areas,which widely distribute the animal husbandry,and regions of livestock slaughter and fur making industry are higher. The people engaged in grazing,slaughter and feeding are the high-risk groups of brucellosis. |
