宝鸡市某真空断路器生产企业职业病危害控制效果评价

摘    要:目的分析、识别宝鸡市某真空断路器生产企业建设项目存在的职业病有害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施效果,提出合理可行的防护对策,以保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测法、检查表法、职业卫生健康检查等方法进行综合评价。结果该项目选址、总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、建筑卫生学、个体防护用品、应急救援措施、辅助用室等均符合国家标准、规范要求。在生产工艺过程中产生的X射线是该项目职业病危害控制的关键点,共设113个监测点,108个点合格,合格率为95.58%。其他职业病危害有生产性噪声、粉尘和工频电场等,检测结果均符合国家标准。结论该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为X射线,其次为生产性噪声和粉尘、工频电场等。其职业病危害防护设施和个人防护用品比较齐全,且可靠有效。因此,在确保各类职业病护设施有效运行、并采取控制职业病危害的补充措施前提下,该项目存在的职业病危害因素可得到有效控制。

Abstract:Objective]To analyze and identify the occupational hazard factors in the construction project of a vacuum circuit breaker production enterprise of Baoji City,evaluate the protective effect of control measures for occupational hazards,put forward reasonable and feasible prevention countermeasures,and protect the laborers' health. Methods]The methods of field occupational hygiene investigation,occupational hygiene detection,check list and occupational health examination were applied in the comprehensive evaluation. Results]The site selection,general layout,production technology and equipment layout,building hygiene,individual protective equipment,emergency rescue measures and auxiliary rooms in this project met the requirements of national standards and specifications. X-ray generated in the production process was the critical control point of occupational hazards in the construction project. 108 of 113 monitoring points were qualified,with the qualified rate of 95. 58%. The monitoring results of other occupational hazards, including productive noise, dust and power frequency electric field, met the national standards.Conclusion]The main occupational hazard factor in this project is X-ray,followed by the productive noise,dust and power frequency electric field. The occupational hazard protection facilities and personal protective articles are complete,reliable and effective. Therefore,when occupational hazard protection facilities have been effectively operated and the supplementary measures against the occupational hazards have been implemented,the occupational hazard factors of the project can be effectively controlled.
