2013年福州市医疗机构不明原因肺炎病例监测情况

摘    要:目的分析福州市医疗机构不明原因肺炎病例的报告情况,并对监测系统进行评价。方法对2013年福州市医疗机构报告的不明原因肺炎病例进行流行病学分析。结果 2013年福州市医疗机构共报告44例不明原因肺炎病例,其中包括4例人感染H7N9禽流感病例,1例甲型H1N1流感和1例H3亚型流感,排除甲型流感、乙型流感、SARS以及中东呼吸综合征等呼吸道传染病38例;4—6月份报告病例数占全年报告病例总数的90.91%;病例主要分布于福州市城乡接合部的晋安区、闽侯县和仓山区;报告病例男女比例为1.32∶1;以儿童和老年人为主;职业以农民、家务、学生和离退休人员为主。结论我国现行的不明原因肺炎监测系统仍需继续完善,应进一步规范不明原因肺炎病例的诊断和报告,为早期发现SARS、人感染禽流感提供帮助。

Abstract:[Objective]To analyze the reporting status of unexplained pneumonia cases in medical institutions of Fuzhou City,evaluate the surveillance system. [Methods]The data of unexplained pneumonia cases reported by the medical institutions of Fuzhou City in 2013 were analyzed by epidemiological method. [Results]44 cases of unexplained pneumonia were reported in medical institutions of Fuzhou City in 2013,including 4 cases of human infection with avian influenza A( H7N9),1 case of influenza( H1N1),1 case of influenza A subtype H3,and rest 38 cases were excluded from other respiratory infectious diseases of influenza A,influenza B,SARS and Middle East respiratory syndrome. 90. 91% of cases were reported from April to June. Cases mainly distributed in the rural-urban continuum of Fuzhou City,such as Jin'an District,Minhou District and Cangshan District. The male-to-female ratio was 1. 32∶ 1. Most of patients were children and aged people. The occupational distribution showed that patients were mainly farmers,household people,students and retirees. [Conclusion]The current unexplained pneumonia surveillance system should be perfected and improved. It is necessary to standardize the diagnosis and report system of unexplained pneumonia,to provide support for the early discovery of SARS and human infection with avian influenza A.
