2007—2012年天津市宝坻区水痘流行特征分析

目的通过了解天津市宝坻区水痘流行情况,为制定水痘预防控制措施提供依据。方法对宝坻区2007—2012年水痘疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果 2007—2012年水痘累计发病968例,年均报告发病率为20.28/10万,无死亡病例。男女性别比为1.61∶1。男性发病率为13.06/10万,女性发病率为8.88/10万。每年的4—7月和11—12月为发病高峰期。学生、托幼儿童分别占58.90%、21.10%,5-14岁占62.91%;中小学校水痘暴发共计2起,平均罹患率11.01%。结论应加强水痘的监测,做好学校水痘的疫情防治工作。

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Baodi District of Tianjin from 2007-2012

Objective ] To know the epidemiologic characteristics of varicella in Baodi District of Tianjin, provide the evidences for making the prevention and control measures of varicella. Methods] An epidemiological analysis was used to investigate the epidemic data of varicella in Baodi District from 2007-2012. Results ] A total of 968 varicella cases were reported from 2007-2012, the average annual incidence rate was 20.28/lakh, and there was no death case. The rate of male-to-female was 1.61： 1. The incidence rate of males and females was 13.06/lakh and 8.88/lakh respectively. The peak seasons appeared April to July and November to December. The students and preschool children accounted for 58.90% and 21.10% respectively, and children aged 5-14 years old accounted for 62.91%. There were two outbreaks of varicella in primary and middle schools, and the average attack rate was 11.01%. Conclusion ] It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of varicella, and improve the prevention and control of varicella in schools.
