摘 要: | 目的通过了解常州市天宁区公共场所卫生状况,为开展卫生监测提供依据。方法对2011—2013年天宁区1 972家公共场所的公共用品进行监测,采用χ2检验对合格率进行统计学分析。结果共监测公共用品10 948份,合格9 311份,总体合格率为85.05%。不同场所公共用品的监测中,合格率最高的是美容美发业(94.27%),最低的是游泳场所(21.20%),各类场所的合格率之间差异有统计学意义(x^2=847.16,P〈0.01)。不同年份各类公共场所室内空气卫生监测合格率之间差异有统计学意义(x^2=71.37,P〈0.01)。不同种类的公共用品监测中,合格率最高的是美容美发工具类(94.59%),最低的是茶具类(82.13%),各类公共用品合格率之间差异有统计学意义(x^2=25.38,P〈0.01)。游泳池水监测中,游离余氯合格率最低,仅为26.27%,各年份监测项目合格率差异有统计学意义(x^2=9.10,P〈0.05)。结论应进一步加强卫生监督监测,提高公共场所的卫生水平。

Abstract: | Objective]To understand the sanitary conditions of public places in Tianning District of Changzhou City,provide the basis for carrying out the targeted health monitoring. Methods]The public supplies of 1 972 public places in Tianning District were monitored from 2011 to 2013,and the qualified rates were statistically analyzed by Chi-square test. Results]A total of 10 948 samples of public supplies were monitored,and 9 311 were qualified,with the overall qualified rate of 85. 05%. The qualified rate in hairdressing places( 94. 27%) was the highest,while that in swimming places( 21. 20%) was the lowest,and there was a statistically significant difference in the qualified rate among different places( x^2= 847. 16,P 〈0. 01). The difference in the qualified rate of indoor air in public places was statistically significant among different years( x^2= 71. 37,P 〈0. 01). The qualified rate of hairdressing tools( 94. 59%) was the highest,while that of tea-things( 82. 13%) was the lowest,and there was a statistically significant difference in the qualified rate among different types of public supplies( x^2= 25. 38,P 〈0. 01). In the monitoring of swimming pool water,the qualified rate of free residual chlorine( 26. 27%) was the lowest. There was a statistically significant difference in the qualified rates of monitoring indexes among different years( x^2= 9. 10,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion]It is necessary to further strengthen the health supervision and monitoring to improve the sanitary level of public places. |
