声屏障建设前后学校声环境控制效果监测与评价

摘    要:目的了解声屏障建设前后学校声环境的控制效果。方法对铁路声屏障建设前后学校声环境监测昼间、夜间1 h等效声级(Leq)、最大噪声级(Lmax)。结果声屏障建设后昼间、夜间Leq分别降低2.5~11.1和11.9~22.9 dB(A);昼间、夜间L max分别降低0.0~0.2和13.0~15.1 dB(A);昼间降噪效果不明显,但监测结果均符合国家标准;夜间降噪效果明显,但监测结果均不符合国家标准。结论声屏障建设后铁路噪声仍然对学校环境造成一定影响,声屏障降噪效果有待进一步提高。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the control effect of acoustical environment in school before and after establishing a noise barrier.Methods]Before and after establishing a railway noise barrier,the acoustical environment of school was monitored,and the items included daytime and nighttime 1 hour equivalent sound level( Leq),as well as maximum noise level( Lmax).Results]After establishing the noise barrier,the daytime and nighttime Leq decreased 2. 5-11. 1 dB( A) and 11. 9-22. 9 dB( A) respectively,and the daytime and nighttime Lmax decreased 0. 0-0. 2 dB( A) and 13. 0-15. 1 dB( A). The daytime noise reduction effect was not significant,but all monitoring results met the national standards. The nighttime noise reduction effect was obvious,but all monitoring results did not conform to the national standards.Conclusion]After establishing the noise barrier,the railway noise still have impact on the environment of school,and the noise reduction effect of noise barrier needs to be improved.
